Having been through the initial consultation and understood the needs of your project we'll start looking at phasing. Phasing is where we'll on the order and priority for the design and delivery of your project

With your project underway, there is a lot to do so we need to gather as much information as we can. This could include construction drawings, architects and structural drawings and maybe third-party drawings too. Like a sponge, we'll take all of this onboard to help in the process

The Bailey service brings to bear the engineering expertise we have developed over the years. From structural calculations to determine fixings and centres, to wind load requirements based on your inputs, and system performance checks with structural engineers. We'll be your trusted engineering partner

Here we will begin a full design of the rainscreen from architects' drawings. We'll do this in a 2D and/or 3D model space with coordination of relevant information from construction details. Sections, joints, eaves and elevations, we have your rainscreen design covered

Nothing goes ahead without your approval so at every step of the way your Bailey team will be checking in and making sure that every detail has been addressed with your approval before we move on through the process

With everything manufactured for you, right here in Horsham in the UK, this process doesn't start until you are happy and we have received authority to proceed. No waste, no delays, manufactured at exactly the right time, to order

We have the design drawings, the details have been agreed, the schedule set and your approval in place, now we can manufacture your products. Manufacturing drawings will be produced from everything we have done so far, and these will drive the UK production of your rainscreen

Finally, we manufacture your products and make everything ready to ship on time, on budget, stress free. With final packaging and quality checks completed to ensure that your order arrives as you expect we hand over to you to complete your build
