Bailey Classic Plus is an SBS-modified bitumen felt membrane weighing 5.0kg/m². The additional weight per m² and thickness of the Classic Plus membrane allows the system to achieve a 20 year warranty without breaking the bank. The high quality SBS-modified (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) bitumen gives the membrane its excellent cold-temperature flexibility and pliability allowing the system to be installed effectively, even around awkward details. Favoured by contractors, this product bleeds well during gas-torch application ensuring a swift and neat installation.
