High performance fire rated torch on bitumen membrane

Bailey Classic Plus FR is an SBS-modified bitumen felt membrane weighing 5.0kg/m² that contains fire retardants. The Bailey Classic Plus FR system has been fire-tested to TS 1187 Test 4 and achieved Broof(T4), the highest fire classification in accordance with BS EN 13501-5.

The additional weight per m² and thickness of the Classic Plus membrane allows the system to achieve a 20 year warranty without breaking the bank, making it the perfect intermediate level system. The high quality SBS-modified (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) bitumen gives the membrane its excellent cold-temperature flexibility and pliability allowing the system to be installed effectively, even around awkward details. Favoured by contractors, this product bleeds well during gas-torch application ensuring a swift and neat installation.
